Our Provenance
At Lavelle, we believe exceptional food and drink begin with exceptional ingredients — carefully chosen, treated gently, and never overworked.
Our coffee comes from a small independent roaster, with a carefully developed house blend alongside rotating single-origin filters. We use unhomogenised milk, left just as nature intended, with cream rising naturally to the top. Our yoghurt is slow-cultured, rich, and free from additives. Our butter is traditionally churned from double cream, deeply savoury and indulgent.
We source seasonal fruit and vegetables daily, make smoothies with nothing but real ingredients, and brew tea from whole leaves — never dust. Our matcha is high-grade, organic, and spring-harvested in Japan.
Bread and Viennoiseries are baked by one of London’s most respected bakeries. Our cakes are crafted by a former Michelin-starred chef. Even our smoked salmon comes from a small, family-run smokers.
