At Lavelle, we believe that exceptional food begins with exceptional ingredients. Every supplier we work with is chosen for their integrity, craftsmanship, and respect for natural processes. Nothing unnecessary. Nothing artificial. Just food made properly.

Coffee

Our coffee is supplied by Triple Co Roast, specialist roasters known for their careful sourcing and precise, small-batch roasting. Each coffee is selected for balance, clarity, and consistency across every cup.

Espresso — Cruise Control

Cruise Control comes from the Daterra Estate in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region. Grown at 1100 metres and made from Catuai varietals, it’s pulped natural for balance and sweetness. Expect smooth notes of cacao, honey, and hazelnut— rich, comforting, and beautifully rounded.

Filter — Jumpstart

Jumpstart is Triple Co’s first house blend — smooth, low in acidity, and full-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel. Built from coffees sourced from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea, it’s balanced and comforting, with notes of dark chocolate, nut praline, and maple syrup. Approachable, satisfying, and made to be enjoyed with milk.

Decaf

Sourced from Nariño, Colombia, this sugarcane decaf is washed and carefully processed to retain flavour and balance. Made from Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties grown at 1850 metres, it delivers smooth notes of cocoa, golden syrup, and almond — full-bodied, comforting, and quietly impressive.

Milk

Our unhomogenised milk is pure, natural, and full of character. Unlike standard supermarket milk, it isn’t processed to break down the cream. Instead, it’s left untouched, allowing a rich, golden layer of cream to gently rise to the top. This preserves the milk’s natural structure, flavour, and integrity — the way milk was always meant to be enjoyed.

Yoghurt

Our Greek-style whole milk yoghurt is made from non-homogenised milk, with no additives or stabilisers. Cultured slowly with live lactobacillus, it’s luxuriously thick, naturally creamy, and full of depth and flavour.

Butter

Our cultured butter is churned on the Cholmondeley Estate in the heart of Cheshire. Made with rich double cream, it’s widely regarded as one of the finest-tasting butters available — deeply savoury, indulgent, and beautifully balanced.

Organic Plant Milks

We use carefully selected organic plant milks, chosen for their clean ingredient lists, natural flavour, and performance in both coffee and smoothies.

Fruit & Vegetables

We source the finest quality fruit and vegetables from our long-standing supplier based at the heart of New Covent Garden Market, established in 1960. Fresh, seasonal, and selected daily for flavour and quality.

Tea

We serve tea from The Brew Tea Company, using rolled whole leaves — never dust. The result is a beautifully clean, aromatic cup, across a thoughtful range of fine black and herbal teas.

Matcha

We use Lalani & Co high-grade Japanese matcha — organic, pure spring harvest, Matcha Grade VI. Vibrant, smooth, and naturally sweet.

Bakery

Our bread and viennoiseries are supplied by the renowned Notting Hill Bakery, celebrated for its uncompromising approach to craft, fermentation, and flavour.

Cakes

Our cakes come from Paul Rhodes Bakery, founded in 2003 by former Michelin-starred chef Paul Rhodes, a protégé of Pierre Koffmann. One of London’s leading independent bakeries, known for precision, generosity, and restraint.

Arthouse Unlimited

We proudly sell ARTHOUSE Unlimited, a charity empowering adults with learning and physical disabilities to create through art. From exceptional chocolate to striking mugs — purposeful, inclusive, and beautifully made.

Smoked Salmon

We serve smoked Scottish salmon from the small, family-run W & F Fish smokers — beautifully cured, delicately smoked, and full of natural richness.

Our smoothies are made with whole fruit, organic plant milk, and carefully chosen natural boosters such as turmeric, super greens, açai, and activated charcoal. Clean, nourishing, and vibrant.
